Screen Printing Minimum

Payment

We require all orders to be paid in full (100%). Your order will not be processed until full payment is made.

Question 3

Artwork

Accepted Answer

All artwork must be submitted in an Illustrator (.AI) or Photoshop (.PSD) format at least 300 dpi at the size needed. If created in Photoshop please send artwork with layers. If done in Illustrator, make sure text is converted to outlines. Any issues with artwork are subject to fees in order get the artwork ready for the decoration process. Art fees are currently $40/hour with a $20 minimum with prices subject to change at any time. Any artwork or files provided by Kingdom Creations,LLC shall remain our property unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Art Approval

WE DO NOT OFFER PRESS CHECKS. Art approvals will be sent via e-mail within a reasonable time after order has been placed. A link or file will be sent to your e-mail with the digital mock-up. The digital mock-up must be approved by typing your name on the designated area within 24 hours, or comment with any changes. If you do not approve the mock up within 24 hours, your order may be delayed. After digital mock-up is approved, there will be no changes.

Note: Kingdom Creations is not responsible for hindrance on production due to delayed approval of the digital mockup. Please be sure to check your mockup for artwork accuracy such as: color, placement, spelling, & product information.

Question 5

Changes to Your Order

Changes are limited to the following: Adding additional pieces to the order, changing graphic color. Additional fees & extra production time may be applied (subject to minimums). No changes are allowed once a payment is taken. Anything added to the order after the order has been placed will be considered a new order, additional fees may apply.

Question 6

Cancellations

All orders are final. If a cancellation is made after an order has been placed, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus a partial payment covering any service already provided . Absolutely NO cancellations will be allowed if the order is already in process or any printing has been done.

Question 7

Turn Around Time & Due Dates

Our turnaround is approximately 7-10 business days starting from the time we receive all of the following: quote approval, payment, goods, and any other requirements or materials associated with the order. If we are extremely busy, our turn around can vary. Due dates are really important to us. If you have an specific date that you must have your production in your hands, please plan according to make sure we can get you on the schedule &  please let us know the due date.

We do offer a rush service for a fee if available. Please contact us if you need a rush order.

Shipping delays are common & can hinder turn around time. We will communicate and keep you updated if that happens. Kingdom Creations is not responsible for products not received in time due to shipping delays.

Question 8

Damages, Defects, & Underruns

We do our best to ensure every garment is printed correctly, but mistakes are inevitable. Customers have 48 hours to inspect & report any damages or defects with the order. Keep in mind we have a 5% damage allowance, we recommend to order additional pieces. Kingdom Creations is not liable for any garment manufactured inconsistencies including, but not limited to, mislabeled garments, color dye irregularities, stitching errors, rip, tears or holes in garments. Kingdom Creations is also not liable for inconsistencies in discharge printing due to fabric, dye &/or fabric content. Kingdom Creations is not responsible if certain items are out of stock. If items are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible & offer you alternative styles.

Placement: Please be aware that the industry standard is 1/4” tolerance in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint.

Question 9

Estimates

Estimates expire in 30 days. Quotes are subject to change upon review of the graphic. You will receive an estimate within 24 hours of your quote request. (Weekends are excluded. Example: You submit a request Friday at 3:30pm you will receive your estimate on Monday.

Question 10

Property Rights

All screens are the property of Kingdom Creations, LLC. Unless otherwise noted, we claim ownership for all artwork created for any project. We offer a one-time transfer of ownership for a fee (when and if applicable).

Exception: we waive the right to customer-supplied artwork that we do not make any changes to.

Prices & Policies

Kingdom Creations has the right to change & alter pricing & policies without notice. We care for our customers & always try to keep our prices low & reasonable.

Question 12

Impression Color Variance

Accepted Answer

Colors that appear on a proof or mockup may vary from the final printed product due to difference in color modes between pixels on a monitor and the impression on the garment. If color variance will be an issue, it is required that the customer requests specific Pantone colors, which may result in additional costs. Garment color and look may also vary from proof or mockup to the final product.

Limitation of Liability

We may not be held liable for misuse or harm arising from the use of our products or services. This includes:

﻿﻿We will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material.
﻿﻿We are not liable for any copyright claims, lawsuits, or issues arising from the illegal use of copyrighted material.
﻿﻿Missed deadlines for events
﻿﻿Shipping errors
﻿﻿Misprints
﻿﻿Spoilage
﻿﻿Breach of contract
﻿﻿Late orders

Question 14

Termination Clause

You are free to stop using our services at any time. We may terminate service, with notice, if you violate our terms, abuse our services, cause us legal liability, or otherwise harm or hamper our continued

Question 15

Customer Supplied Good (Contract Printing Only)

Accepted Answer

If you provide the garments for printing, then you must provide us with a detailed description of the garment, including style number(s), color(s), size(s), quantity and packing slip. Kingdom Creations requires at least one additional piece per style in each color if needed for testing ink such as (discharge), colors and/or printing techniques, etc. We are not responsible for any misprints or defects that are associated with customer supplied goods, and we will not replace or reimburse any customer supplied goods or any associated costs for any reason unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

If you are not contract printing with Kingdom Creations, we do not accept customer supplied good.
